In-person baby massage classes held over 5 weeks (also available over zoom).
Baby massage is such a special bonding activity for you and your baby, giving you the time and space to connect. Through massage, babies feel loved and secure, which helps to promote bonding and attachment. As well as learning the soothing massage strokes, we also learn:
- Massages for the relief of colic/wind and teething
- The wide ranging benefits of infant massage
- How to read your baby’s cues
- Encouraging deeper and longer sleep in infants
- And much more…
This course is a great chance to meet other parents, socialise your baby and chat about all things parenting while having a relaxing time with your baby. Each week will concentrate on a different body part, outlining the individual benefits of that area, with a reminder of other massage strokes at the end of each class. By the end of the course, you will know how to massage your baby by heart, along with gaining new friends along the way. The classes are completely baby-led, so your baby can feed, cry, chat and giggle their way through the class. This course is suitable for babies from 6 weeks to pre-crawling.
The 5 week course is priced at £70 per person and usually has 6-8 people in a class.
